MENU FOR THE WEEK OF FEBRUARY 4, 2013

This seems to be the year of the endless flu.  While we both have basically recovered, it has left us fairly wiped out.  No energy.  No stamina.  No nothin’.
Our food this week reflects this again – simple preparations and fairly basic menus.  Don’t want to fuss a lot.  Don’t want to eat a lot.  Don’t want to clean up a lot.

                             Tossed Salad




Thurs. AM           Challah French Toast




Thurs. PM            Sausage Sauerkraut and Potato Gratin
                             Tossed Salad





Fri. AM                Freezer Soup



Fri. PM                 Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs
                             Potatoes Sautéed With Garlic IHC
                             Sautéed Corn



Sat. AM               Tuna Melts





Sat. PM                Baked Stuffed Clams
Pork Stew with Pickles f/i
