May 22, 2012


As many of you know we haven't actually been working from the posted menus for a few weeks. The reason is simple, the picture top above was the view from our kitchen window for 10 days in May and the one below it from the living room for the week preceding.

In both cities we had working kitchens and used them, in Paris we also found the St. Charles market in the 15th e and used it.

This menu however is real and photos will start going up for the past week today.
