Menu for the week of October 8, 2012

One of the joys of fall housekeeping in this house is the cleaning out of both of the freezers – the standing and the chest.  Titularly we keep an inventory list. Ha.  After about one week it is out of date as we grab out this item and shove in that without notation.  T hen t hings really get shoved around becoming an artic archaeological experience.  We found an entire tray of fresh frozen vegetables we had forgotten about.  Ooops.

But we’ve done it now, and this time we will really try to stick to the program – at least for a week….
