MENU
FOR THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 24, 2012
Christmas
is for us, as for most people, a time of traditions. I can’t imagine Warner’s reaction if I served
him something other than a standing rib roast on Christmas eve – no matter how
festive and delicious the dish might be.
Also the fabulous crab. I used to
serve it as an appetizer – but these days there is just so much one person can
eat. Even at the holidays. The leftover
uncooked crab became deviled crab. Also
wonderful. And it made the cat very
happy. She has found that she likes
something even more than shrimp….It’s lump crab!!!!
