Survived
another birthday…There was a wonderful quote on Facebook the other day –
something to the effect of “inside every aging adult there is a young person
wondering what the hell happened.” I can identify with that. It really hits
home when I realize there is a gal in DC whom I’ve known since 1945. But she’s older than I am… By one day. And no, I don’t remember World
War II.
The
food this week has been changed a bit due to more crappy weather. The last few
days have been cool and cooler – and now a “tropical storm” is upon us. It is the middle of June and I have the space
heater going in my office. Nuts!
