seems to be the year of the endless flu.
While we both have basically recovered, it has left us fairly wiped
out. No energy. No stamina.
No nothin’.
Our
food this week reflects this again – simple preparations and fairly basic
menus. Don’t want to fuss a lot. Don’t want to eat a lot. Don’t want to clean up a lot.
